About the Author

Donna L. Harrington, MS, CCNP, has more than 20 years experience in the information systems, telecommunications, business management, and electronics fields. She is also a certified Cisco Systems instructor. Donna specializes in networking and the delivery of TCP/IP and CCNP courses. Sh e has taught Cisco, Microsoft, an d [Novell certi fied cours es for several years. Donna is currently employed as an internetwo rking specialist in Annapolis Junction, Maryland. Previously she was with Mentor Technologies (Chesapeake Computer Consultants) and certif ied tb deliver CCNP-related courses. She developed, delivered, and maintained Mentor's TCP/IP Networking course. Although they were long hours at times, she enjoyed assisting with Mentor's ECP1, the CCIE preparation course. She found it particularly fun to break things for the studenes to fix.
