This module focuses on how a web-enabled company can utilize its technology to compete effectively with other companies in its market. It looks at the concepts associated with situ-ational analysis and how you can determine your positioning with respect to the market and your competitors. It also explores the concepts of stakeholder analysis, so that you can determine the most effective value proposition to address customer needs.
